Refund Policy

At Devotee Matrimony, we strive to provide the best service to our clients in their journey toward finding a devotional life partner. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change. Below is our refund policy regarding our services.

1. General Rule:

All fees paid for our services are non-refundable.

2. Exceptional Case:

If due to some techincal issue payment has been done 2 or more times for the same service and for the same period then we will definitely arrange a refund or another one case is that if payment has been deducted from your side but you won’t get premium membership or other related services then also user can request for refund.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@devoteematrimony.in. In the mail please include:

(i) Your name and membership ID.

(ii) A detailed reason for the refund request.

(iii) Any supporting documents, if applicable.

(iv) Bank account number to transfer refund amount.

4. Processing Time

Once the refund request is approved,The Refunded Amount will be processed and credited within 2 Days to the original mode of payment.

5. Payment Method

Refunds will be issued to the bank account number provided by the user while requesting for refund. If that is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

Devotee Matrimony reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without any notice to members but yes amended refund policy will be there on our Website.
